Data Deletion Policy

What data can be deleted

• Your profile information (name, mobile, email)
• Business records you created (parties, stock, ledger entries, property, jobs, staff)
• Voice-to-text entries stored in your account
• Usage and activity logs tied to your account

What data may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period to meet legal, tax, accounting, security or fraud-prevention requirements. Backups may persist for a short time before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.

Expected deletion timeline

Deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 business days after verification. Retained data (as described above) is removed once the applicable retention period ends.

How to request deletion

Submit the Account Deletion form, or email support@sparrowops.com from your registered email.
