Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JPI Suite ("JPI Suite", "we", "our", or "us"), including our mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account, accessing, or using JPI Suite, you agree to these Terms.
-
About JPI Suite JPI Suite is a business operations application designed to help users manage stock, property records, job work, HRMS, ledgers, reports, payments, receipts, expenses, documents, and related business workflows.
-
Eligibility JPI Suite is intended for business users. By using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to use the app on behalf of yourself, your business, or your organization.
-
Account registration To use JPI Suite, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information such as your name, mobile number, email or user ID, business name, and other required details. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, all activity under your account, and ensuring only authorized users access your business account. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
-
Business data responsibility You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all business data entered into JPI Suite, including stock and item records; sales, purchases, invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and ledger entries; customer, vendor, broker, party, and account records; property, partner, ownership, and brokerage records; job work, worker, challan, BOM, material, and wastage records; and employee, attendance, payroll, salary, document, and HR records. JPI Suite provides software tools only — you remain responsible for verifying data, reports, entries, calculations, invoices, payroll, taxes, compliance, and business decisions.
-
Admin and role-based access Business owners and admins are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, access levels, and user blocking/unblocking. JPI Suite is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by incorrect role assignment, shared passwords, weak credentials, or internal misuse within your organization.
-
Employee location tracking and monitoring JPI Suite's FieldForce and HRMS attendance features record the device location of your employees, including in the background while the app is closed, between punch-in and punch-out, as described in section 1.3 of our Privacy Policy. Whether these features are switched on, and for which employees, is your decision as the customer, not ours.
If you enable them, you confirm and agree that: you are the employer or authorized representative of the employees being tracked, and have the right under applicable law to monitor them in the course of their work; you have informed those employees, before tracking begins, that their location is recorded, what it is used for, and who can see it; you have obtained any consent, notice, works-council approval, or employment-contract term that applicable law requires for workplace monitoring in your jurisdiction; you will use the location data only for the legitimate business purposes the features are designed for - attendance, field-visit records, route adherence, and travel-allowance calculation - and not to monitor employees outside working hours or for any unlawful, discriminatory, or retaliatory purpose; and you will handle employee complaints, access requests, and requests to stop tracking as the employer responsible for that decision.
You may switch tracking off for your whole organization or for an individual employee at any time from the app. You are responsible for doing so when an employee objects, leaves your organization, or where the law requires it.
You acknowledge that the JPI Suite mobile app requires location permission in order to open, as described in section 1.3 of our Privacy Policy, and that you have made your employees aware of this before requiring them to use the app.
As between you and us, you act as the controller of your employees' personal data and we process it on your behalf in order to provide the service. You will indemnify us against claims brought by your employees, or by any regulator on their behalf, arising from your decision to enable tracking or from your failure to give the notices and obtain the consents described in this section.
-
Voice entry and auto-filled data JPI Suite may provide voice-to-text or auto-filled form features to assist data entry. You must review and confirm all generated or auto-filled entries before saving. JPI Suite is not responsible for incorrect entries saved without verification.
-
Subscriptions, billing, and payments Some features may be available under paid plans, subscriptions, module-based pricing, or one-time charges. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, payment terms, and applicable taxes shown at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers; we do not control third-party payment systems and are not responsible for payment failures, bank errors, or payment gateway downtime.
-
Refund and cancellation Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals, but access continues until the end of the current billing period. Setup fees, service charges, or already delivered services may be non-refundable.
-
Account and data deletion You may request account deletion inside the app from Account tab > Delete account (below Log out), with password confirmation required before processing. You may also request deletion through the website account deletion page or by contacting support@jpisuite.com. Deletion of account or business workspace data is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy — some billing, tax, accounting, audit, security, payroll, ledger, or legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business requirements.
-
Permitted use You may use JPI Suite only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities; upload false, unlawful, abusive, or harmful content; attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage the service; access data you are not authorized to access; share login credentials with unauthorized persons; misuse APIs, infrastructure, or app functionality; interfere with security, billing, audit logs, or access controls; or use JPI Suite in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
-
Third-party services JPI Suite may integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, email providers, speech-to-text providers, analytics tools, or support tools. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for third-party service downtime, errors, data handling, pricing, or policy changes.
-
Service availability We aim to keep JPI Suite reliable and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet or network issues, third-party service downtime, hosting or infrastructure issues, security incidents, or force majeure events.
-
Updates and changes We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, modules, pricing, plans, or workflows from time to time, and may update these Terms. Continued use of JPI Suite after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
-
Data backup and export You are responsible for maintaining your own business records and backups where required. We may provide export or reporting features, but we do not guarantee that every type of data can always be exported in every format.
-
Intellectual property JPI Suite, including its software, design, branding, logo, workflows, content, and features, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from JPI Suite without written permission. Your business data remains yours, subject to the rights required for us to operate and provide the service.
-
Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, payment is overdue, required information is false or incomplete, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk. You may stop using JPI Suite at any time and may request account deletion according to our Data Deletion Policy.
-
Disclaimer JPI Suite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free; that reports, calculations, or generated documents will be suitable for every legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or compliance purpose; that third-party services will always work correctly; or that the app will meet every specific business requirement. Verify important business, legal, financial, payroll, and tax information independently.
-
Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPI Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
-
Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of JPI Suite, violation of these Terms, unlawful data entry, internal user misuse, or violation of third-party rights.
-
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
