1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using JPI suite, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. User account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Business data responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the business data you enter into JPI suite, including party, staff, stock, ledger and property records.

4. Permitted use

You may use JPI suite only for lawful business operations in accordance with these terms.

5. Prohibited misuse

You must not misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, upload harmful content, or use JPI suite for unlawful activity.

6. Admin and user role responsibility

Admins are responsible for assigning roles and managing user access. Users must operate within the permissions granted to them.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep JPI suite available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPI suite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service.

9. Changes to service

We may update features, pricing or these terms from time to time. Continued use of JPI suite constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using JPI suite at any time.
